HENGSHUI JIADE CHEMICAL EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY CO,.LTD. JCT is one of the earliest enterprises who started to export complete sets of SOP production lines and techniques abroad. Since 2000, the engineers and technicians of JCT have been dedicated in innovations of the SOP Mannheim process-to increase service life of the reactor, prevent leakage and achieve environmental protection（Emissions HCL ≤25 PPm）standard. Years of efforts have made leading-edge SOP production lines be produced by JCT for 16 years in successively. Since 2002, JCT started to design and fabricate SOP lines for overseas clients, and installed complete sets of SOP lines and electric instruments on site. JCT has been dedicated in transfer of SOP production technique, R&D of complete sets of engineering technology, undertaking innovation, maintenance, consulting, and technical services to existing SOP plants.
Main Business Scope:
1. Design, manufacture and installation of EPC/turnkey project of complete potassium sulfate（SOP） production line.
In 2004, a PLC (or DCS) automatic control system was developed by JCT, which was to be applied on the SOP production line. Such a production line was improved and got more mature and powerful in following years, and now it has developed to the third generation of PLC（or DCS）automatic control system. The newly-designed long-service life Mannheim furnaces made of advanced composite possesses many virtues, such as no HCL gas leakage from the SIC furnace roof, no acid liquid leak from the furnace bed , long service life components, and make the production of SOP simple and accuracy with the automatic control system etc. Additionally, the notable effect was reached in high efficiency, saving energy and meeting standard of environmental protection by Mannheim stove reformation cooperating with new technology of the production line of preparing hydrochloric acid using gaseous HCl absorption. We possess the advanced technology above with our own intellectual property right. Through practice, high-quality product(CLˉ≤0.5%、CLˉ≤1.0%), high-volume production, energy-saving, low-cost, as well as environmentally-friendly, are all the characteristics of our production line of SOP. Cl- content of potassium sulfate is less than or equal to 0.5%. The fuel consumption can be reduced by 1/3 compared with plain single pass boiler. PLC automation and control system can lower the manpower cost and reduce half labor intensity. It can realize cleaning production and ensure environmental protection standard（Tail gas discharged HCL 25 PPM or less）.
2. Takes SOP and HCL as materials, JCT can design and manufacture downstream products lines such as : (1) Production lines of globular (delayed release) potassium sulfate; (2) Calcium chloride production lines made from hydrochloric acid and calcium carbonate (limestone); (3) Chlorosulfonic acid production lines made from hydrogen chloride and sulfur trioxide (or sulfur) ; (4) Phosphoric acid and calcium chloride made from hydrochloric acid and phosphate ore (developing engineering); (5) Tower granulation compound fertilizer production lines made from SOP and urea (or ammonium nitrate) .
3. Manufacture of FRP winding machines (computer-controlled) which are used for FRP tanks and towers applied in SOP production.
